Kids,Teens & Adults

Learn basic self-defense techniques in this hands-on class for beginners taught by our CTI martial art instructors.  

 

BEGINNERS

Learn the basics of Taekwondo.  Your child will develop self-discipline, self -esteem, self control, and instill self-respect.  Beginners will test to advance to a higher belt to reach their goal in becoming a Black Belt in the art of Taekwondo.

ADVANCED

Train with our advance class and benefit from our cross-training opportunities. After completing the Beginner's Class, students transition into advance techniques, intense cardio training, and competition.

OLYMPIC STYLE TRAINING

Is designed to train our athletes in various competitions and to become part of CTI's team.  Our team is selected to compete in local, State, and Internationally tournaments.

SELF DEFENSE

SELF DEFENSE CLASSES

Learn basic self-defense techniques in this hands-on class for beginners taught by our CTI martial art instructors.  Our instructions will give you a boost on self-defense tactics and techiniques, awareness, risk reduction and avoidance. We offer group, individual sessions for women and men.  If you can't come to us we go to you.

COMBAT FITKICK

COMBAT FITKICK- CARDIO KICKBOXING

This intense workout will burn up to 800 calories and get you in the best shape.  Our class consist of a fitness program with an eating plan to reach your ideal weight.
